Arumugam Pillai Industrial Training Institute Nibong Tebal also known as ILP A.Pillai simply built on the site of fifteen (15) acres in Lot 549, Mukim 7, Jalan Bukit Panchor, Nibong Tebal, Seberang Perai Selatan,Penang.
Site land was donated by the late Dato ‘Arumugam Pillai. Groundbreaking Ceremony and Place of Foundation Stone was officiated by YB Dato ‘Fong Chan Onn, Minister of Human Resources on March 10, 1998 and building construction work was officially began on February 22, 1999. Nibong Tebal ILP setting up project implementation was made with method ‘Design and Built’.
ILP A.Pillai is one of 23 training centers operated by the Department of Manpower, Ministry of Human Resources. ILP A.Pillai conduct courses at level 1 and level 2 with machine facilities and the most modern equipment and latest training.

ILP A.Pillai has given special attention to become a center of excellence for printing course. Half of the students here are comprised of students Printing Technology. Apart from printing courses, ILP A.Pillai also offers courses Electrical Technology, Computer Network Technology,…
